Building Financial Clarity Since 2019
We started with a simple belief: every business deserves tools that make financial analysis straightforward and actionable. From our base in La Plata, we've been helping companies across Argentina transform complex data into clear insights.

Our Journey
Six years of steady growth, learning from every challenge, and building tools that actually solve real business problems.
The Beginning
Started in a shared office space in La Plata with just two people and one big frustration: why was business financial analysis so complicated? We spent months talking to local business owners, understanding their daily struggles with spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
First Major Milestone
Launched our core analysis platform after two years of testing with 50 local businesses. The feedback was mixed but honest – some features worked brilliantly, others needed complete rethinking. We learned more from those early criticisms than any business plan could teach us.
Growing Our Team
Expanded to eight team members, each bringing expertise from different industries. Our developer had worked in banking, our designer came from retail, and our analyst understood manufacturing inside out. This diversity changed how we approach every problem.
Today and Forward
We're now working with businesses across Argentina, from family-owned shops to mid-sized manufacturing companies. Each client teaches us something new about financial challenges, and we keep building tools that make sense for real-world business operations.
What Drives Us
These aren't just words on our wall – they're the principles that guide every decision we make and every tool we build.
Practical Solutions
We build tools that solve actual business problems, not impressive features that sound good in presentations. Every function we add gets tested by real businesses doing real work.
Clear Communication
Financial data can be complex, but explanations don't have to be. We believe in making insights accessible to everyone, whether you're an accountant or a shop owner checking your monthly numbers.
Partnership Mindset
We're not just software providers – we're part of your business planning process. When you succeed, we succeed. When you struggle, we figure out better ways to help.
Continuous Learning
Business changes fast, and so do financial challenges. We stay curious, keep learning from our clients, and adapt our tools to meet tomorrow's problems, not just today's.

The People Behind Spark Next
We're a small team with diverse backgrounds, united by curiosity about business challenges and passion for building helpful tools.

Rafael Montenegro
Founder & CEO
Started his career in corporate finance, got frustrated with how disconnected analysis tools were from actual business decisions. Spends most of his time talking to clients and figuring out what they really need.

Isabella Chen
Chief Technology Officer
Previously built systems for a regional bank, understands both the technical challenges and regulatory requirements of financial software. She's the one who makes sure our tools actually work when you need them most.
How We Work
We believe in taking time to understand problems before jumping to solutions. Every quarter, we spend a week visiting clients, sitting in their offices, watching how they actually use our tools. It's humbling and educational – we always come back with ideas we never would have thought of from our own desks.

Our Mission
To make financial analysis accessible and useful for businesses of all sizes. Too many good companies make decisions based on incomplete information simply because the right tools are either too expensive or too complicated.
"Every business owner should be able to understand their financial position clearly, without needing a finance degree or expensive consultants."
Looking Ahead
We're working on tools that predict cash flow challenges before they become critical, and planning features that help businesses model different growth scenarios. By 2026, we want to be the go-to platform for financial planning across Latin America.
"Success isn't about having perfect predictions – it's about having enough clarity to make confident decisions."
